At Western Wood Art, we take pride in delivering your furniture with care and making your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery options and return process.

Types of Delivery

We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery

    • Delivered to your doorstep within 7–12 business days.

    • Available across major cities and towns in India.

  • Premium Delivery (White Glove Service)

    • Includes delivery, unpacking, placement in the room of your choice, and disposal of packaging.

    • Available in select cities.

  • Custom Order Delivery

    • For made-to-order or customized furniture, delivery may take 3–5 weeks, depending on the design and finish.

Note: All deliveries are scheduled in advance, and we ensure our logistics partners coordinate with you for a hassle-free experience.

How Long Do I Have to Return My Item?

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The product has manufacturing defects.

  • The product was delivered incorrectly.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is required.

Please note: Custom-made or clearance sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

How Do I Return My Item?

Returning your item is simple:

  1. Raise a Return Request

    • Email us at support@westernwoodart.com or call us at +91-7505656398within 7 days of delivery.

    • Mention your order ID, product details, and reason for return.

  2. Inspection & Approval

    • Our team will assess your request and schedule an inspection or request photos of the issue.

    • Once approved, we’ll initiate the pickup process.

  3. Pickup & Refund/Replacement

    • The item will be picked up by our logistics partner.

    • After a successful quality check at our warehouse, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days.
